Nikki Thompson, Esq., b.k.a. "nikki blaire," is a queen who creates by unapologetically sharing love through words, music, Black art & culture. A self-proclaimed "vibe connoisseur," she is a writer, radio show host, & wine consultant with a passionate flair for all things lovely & intimate.

Beginning as a tribute to bell hooks, "nikki blaire" started as a pseudonym for writing books about finding true love. Now, it's grown into a brand known for a few of nikki's favorite things — Hip-Hop music and a good glass of pinot noir, to name a few. A former political insider and national intellectual property scholar, Nikki Thompson graduated magna cum laude from Howard University School of Law. Her career in law was fueled by her love for the arts, especially Black art. Some of her legislative wins have been featured in Blavity, Governing Magazine, & the Aspen Institute. Still, Nikki is most proud of her commitment to working with the utmost integrity over a decade-long stint in the Washington, D.C. area. Now, she is based in Atlanta, Georgia, & spends her time praying that she continues to make her parents proud.
