A Howard University School of Law-trained attorney, Nikki has spent her career researching, drafting, and passing legislation at every level of government. Notable moments in her legal education and career include being named a national intellectual property scholar by the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, Trinity Washington University, and the University of Maryland School of Public Policy.
Her public relations and communications skills helped her lead national, state, and local advocacy campaigns on issues related to economic justice and racial equity. Today, she uses her skills as a consultant on issues, such as brand protection and equity in cannabis regulation.
